RAM has been increased to 1gb (some random error occurred and it kept running out of memory, caused me to have to completely shutdown the entire server, so upping it to 1gb just to be safe)

- Confetti Creepers now spawn 100% of the time (creepers blowing up without any effect just felt weird)
Confetti Creepers now deal damage to players
- Fire Spreads has been disabled
