🏗️ Creative Mode Bug Fixes

• Fixed the “test” message appearing every 5 minutes (except for 3 people who REALLY wanted to keep it)
• Fixed the /ia command not working
• Enabled experimental custom items on the creative world (accesible through /ia)

• Fixed an issue letting you use any custom item using paper as a base to craft a book using the bread recipe
• Player heads should now drop at a 100% chance
