Added custom crafting recipes:

Chains - normal recipe but it now makes 8 instead of one

Elytras - 3 nether stars, 4 phantom membrane and 2 end crystals

Chipped Anvil - normal anvil recipe, but central iron block is now an ingot

Damaged Anvil - normal anvil recipe, but two outer iron blocks are ingots

Random book - 8 xp bottles and 1 nether star (but why would you do this, it’s just a book)
