Removed the sleep plugin until a working version has been released. The new version I installed for 1.15 has many bugs so has been removed. As soon as I find a plugin that works with 1.15 I will add it. But for now every player on the server will need to sleep to skip to dawn. However, I will disable phantoms for the time being until I find this new plugin.
